Job Details

Participating in structured training programs, workshops, and courses to develop technical and soft skills, and acquire industry knowledge.
Shadowing experienced staff members and mentors to understand job duties, workflows, and best practices.
Rotating through different departments or functions to gain exposure to various roles and responsibilities within the organization.
Assisting with project tasks, assignments, and initiatives, conducting research, analysis, and documentation under the guidance of senior team members.
Attending meetings, seminars, and team-building events to expand knowledge and build professional relationships.
Compiling reports and making presentations to other staff members and analyzing existing systems to offer new ideas for improvement.
Maintaining accurate records of training activities, achievements, and milestones to track progress and development.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve problems and implement solutions.
Upholding the company’s values and demonstrating a positive attitude and growth mindset.
Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university.
