This is a full-time position for a Tender & Commercial Officer in Lagos.
The role entails developing and managing tender submissions, preparing commercial documents, and collaborating with internal teams to coordinate project requirements.
Day-to-day responsibilities include negotiating terms, handling commercial transactions, supporting customer interactions, and facilitating communication between clients and stakeholders.
This is an on-site role, requiring direct engagement with the company's operations and clients to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Qualifications
Proficient in Commercial operations and Sales activities
Strong Communication skills and the ability to manage effective interactions with clients and stakeholders
Experience with Customer Service processes, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
Ability to facilitate Training for internal teams or clients
Detail-oriented, with excellent planning and organizational abilities
Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering and Sciences
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with the technical engineering industry or related sectors is an advantage
