Job Description

Our doctors blend evidence-based practice with innovative approaches to support thousands of patients across Australia. We are seeking experienced AHPRA registered Doctors to join our telehealth team, either as independent contractors or in permanent part-time or full-time roles. This is a fully remote position based in Australia, with flexible scheduling designed to accommodate your existing commitments.

This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position.

The role:

  • Deliver high-quality telehealth consultations across a diverse patient base
  • Manage clinical assessments, prescriptions (S4 & S8), and follow-up consults 
  • Work closely with nurses and doctor support teams to streamline care
  • Maintain complete documentation and compliance in a digital-first environment
  • Embrace digital tools to optimise patient outcomes and service efficiency
  • Have a commitment to our patients and their ongoing care

Qualifications

We’re looking for reliable doctors who excel in fast-paced, digital-first settings and are motivated to make a meaningful impact in an evolving clinical landscape. The consult rate is $60 per consult, with an expected 4 to 6 consults each hour, and additional incentives available for increased availability.

You bring:

  • MBBS or equivalent and an unrestricted AHPRA registration (Minimum PGY4)
  • Excellent time management with the ability to confidently manage 10 minute consults (4-6 patients/hour)
  • Familiarity with privacy laws, RTPM, S8 regulation, and medico-legal obligations
  • Strong clinical judgement, with an evidence-based and harm-reduction mindset
  • Strong documentation/admin skills
  • Experience working with multiple digital platforms and navigating tech efficiently
  • Punctual, reliable and responsive qualities – you value team collaboration and patient continuity

Our Education team will take you through a thorough onboarding program to ensure you are confident and well prepared for consults. You will also have a dedicated Doctor Support Team Leader available during clinic hours for any queries, along with monthly one to one sessions and personalised fortnightly data reports to help you stay supported and informed.
Successful applicants will need to complete two paid training days (Monday to Friday) during core business hours in their first week. We provide full training and comprehensive support from the outset, and we will cover the cost of your AP licence while guiding you through the process.
