PNL specializes in world-class construction and upgrade services for Oil and Gas facilities in the Nigerian market, both onshore and offshore.We are seeking an experienced a Subsea Yards Fabrication Yard Manager M/W to oversee the daily operations of our yards Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall fabrication of deliverables, ensuring on-time delivery, and optimizing commercial efficiencies. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in fabrication, and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards in the Oil & Gas industry.

The position we are offering involves the following main responsibilities:
manage daily operations of PNL fabrication yards to ensure timely completion of deliverables;
develop and implement production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and optimize efficiency;
supervise yard crews, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery;
oversee production planning, scheduling, and reporting;
monitor and evaluate fabrication equipment performance; schedule preventive maintenance and replacements to ensure uninterrupted production;
review work drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance with industry standards before production.
