We’re seeking emerging creative talent, ambitious, design-forward student graphic designers who want realworld exposure and creative mentorship.
As a contract designer, you’ll work directly with our Creative Director and design team to bring projects to life across branding, content, social campaigns, and event assets.
This role is ideal for a student who actively designs and is ready to contribute to a professional creative environment while learning on the job.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Execution:

Design visual assets across branding, campaigns, decks, presentations, print, digital, and social media.
Translate briefs into polished visuals that reflect project goals and creative strategy.
Support layout design, image selection, typography, and color usage for a wide range of outputs

Brand & System Design:

Maintain visual consistency across projects by adhering to brand guidelines and creative direction.
Contribute to the creation of brand identity systems, logos, templates, guidelines, and digital kits.

Campaign & Event Assets

Design large-format and experiential assets (e.g., banners, event backdrops, stage visuals, signage).
Collaborate with event teams to adapt branding to physical environments.

Collaboration & Feedback

Work closely with the Creative Director and other designers, receiving feedback and improving iteratively.
Collaborate with motion designers, content strategists, and production teams to ensure seamless execution.

Quality Control:

Review all work for accuracy, consistency, and quality before submission.
Stay organized and manage design files, assets, and working templates.

Requirements

1 – 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer in a branding, creative agency, or content-driven environment.
A strong portfolio that shows range in visual identity, layout design, campaign assets, and digital/social visuals.

Mastery of:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere)
Figma or Canva for quick layouts and visual experiments
Bonus: Lightroom, Final Cut, or DaVinci for production awareness
Comfort creating & reviewing everything from moodboards to storyboards, from creative decks to 3D stage renderings.
Passion for layout, color, typography, and visual storytelling.
Strong communication skills and openness to constructive feedback.
Comfort working remotely, with good self-organization and accountability.
Curiosity, initiative, and openness to feedback – you’re eager to grow and improve fast.

Bonus If You Bring

Motion design skills: After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
Experience with event branding or designing for spatial environments
Knowledge of event branding and physical formats (posters, banners, signage)
Photography, illustration, or content creation experience
Familiarity with design collaboration tools (Notion, Trello, Slack, Google Drive)
