We are seeking a reliable and organized Store Keeper to oversee the management of our inventory and stock.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of goods received and issued, ensuring proper storage, and supporting smooth operations by keeping the store well-organized and efficiently run.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
Maintain up-to-date stock records and issue items to departments/projects as required.
Organize and store materials in a safe and accessible manner.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests to avoid shortages.
Ensure proper documentation of all store transactions (receipts, issues, returns).
Keep the store clean, secure, and compliant with company policies and safety standards.
Support internal audits and assist in preparing inventory reports.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in Store Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years’ proven experience as a Store Keeper or in inventory management (construction/manufacturing industry experience is an advantage).
Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
Good knowledge of inventory control systems and basic computer skills (Excel, ERP systems).
Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.
Integrity, honesty, and the ability to work independently.
