After a thorough research of poultry business in Nigeria, Sayed Farms ltd was established in the year 2004 by Mr. Haytham Nawam and Mr. Ziad Sayed, who both have a broad experience in the field of poultry;

The company is specialized in poultry sector & currently the distribution of frozen food (frozen Fish, French fries, frozen chicken etc…) & covers all the majors aspects of the chicken business field & frozen foods distribution.

The company based in Nigeria with two branches in: Ibadan, and Abuja; the Head office is in Lebanon.Job Summary

Responsible for receiving of waybills, stock movement from the company to the customers or clients and taking inventory to avoid variances between the physical and system figures in the warehouse.

Job Description

Processing invoices and waybills for loading by the supply chain department;
Examining and Compiling of all invoices on daily basis to ascertain their correctness.
Monitoring stocks movement from the company to the customers through the use of accounting software;
Conduct daily and monthly stock count of finished goods.
Preparation of daily stock report for management decision making through SAP.
Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system report balances.
Carrying out regular audit to ensure that department follow the established procedures.
Checking of expiration dates of products and inform the management for decision making
Daily checking of physical stock and compare with SAP balance.
Review all customer’s invoices for payments verification and processing
Carrying out other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by hisdirect supervisor

Requirements

B.SC Accounting from a recognized university/Polytechnic or related discipline;
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in stock Management in manufacturing companies;
Membership of professional bodies will be an added advantage;
Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of MS office suit;
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
