We have maintained one of the highest delivery performances for TNT Express since the commencement of the partnership in 2012 and have one of the fastest transit times for deliveries to the Europe, Asia and the AmericasKey Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise sales activities within the state.
Manage and motivate sales representatives to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics or FMCG.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Must have strong connection with NGOs' and Government Parastatals within Abuja.
