Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for cost control and project efficiency in construction? We’re looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
Manage project costs, perform value engineering, and monitor contract variations.
Oversee procurement processes and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
Conduct site visits, valuations, and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and legal regulations.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams.
Proven track record in cost management, contract administration, and commercial reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, JCT).
Proficiency in software tools such as CostX, Candy, or Excel (advanced).
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Membership of a professional body (e.g., NIQS, RICS) is an added advantage.
