Provide expert medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various medical conditions.
Lead and manage a team of medical professionals, including junior doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols to ensure best practices in patient care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Provide training and mentorship to junior medical staff.
Participate in on-call duties and provide medical coverage as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of experience as a medical doctor
Valid medical license to practice in Nigeria.
Excellent clinical and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with electronic medical records and other healthcare
