Role Summary
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and finance functions within the manufacturing environment.
This includes handling banking operations, import/export financial processes, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
The role requires a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong experience in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts and finance operations in compliance with company policies.
Handle bank payments, receipts, and timely reconciliations across multiple accounts.
Oversee accounting processes related to imports and exports independently.
Ensure compliance with import and export taxation regulations and processes.
Maintain trackers and records of all import-related payments.
Ensure timely reconciliation of all import vendor accounts.
Support management with accurate financial reporting and process improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
Chartered Accountant qualification required.
5–10 years of total and relevant accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, banking operations, and taxation for imports/exports.
