We're seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate agile ceremonies, coach platform-focused teams on agile principles, remove impediments, and ensure delivery excellence across multiple squads.
This role supports the delivery of high-impact digital products and services.
The ideal candidate combines agile expertise with strong collaboration skills to enable seamless coordination across technical teams and platforms.

 Responsibilities

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Guide and coach teams on Agile/Scrum practices and values.
Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
Support cross-functional coordination and dependency management.
Champion agile adoption across the organization and mentor junior Scrum Masters.
Ensure alignment with enterprise delivery frameworks and governance.

Qualifications Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) preferred.
Agile certifications such as SAFe Agilist or PMI-ACP are advantageous.

Experience & Skills:

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technology or fintech environment.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Experience working with APIs, microservices, and digital channels is a plus.
Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
