Experience With:
Creating & managing staff rotas for service coverage
Adjusting schedules & handling last-minute changes
Supporting service efficiency and reporting
Must Have:
BSc/HND in Business Admin or related field
2–4 years in scheduling/operations planning in Healthcare
Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
