A Sales Representativesells a company's products and services by generating leads, demonstrating offerings, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer relationships to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
.Key responsibilities include building and managing a sales pipeline, providing excellent customer service, staying informed about market trends, and achieving individual or team sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:

Identifying and prospecting new customers (leads) through various methods like cold calling, referrals, or marketing-generated "warm" leads.
Presenting and demonstrating products or services to potential clients to explain their features and benefits.
Negotiating contract conditions, pricing, and terms of sale to secure new business.

Customer Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Providing ongoing customer support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy & Performance:

Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales and achieve revenue goals.
Tracking and analyzing sales activity, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance against sales targets (quotas).
Coordinating with internal teams, such as marketing, to align sales efforts and strategies.
