We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Floor Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service.
The role involves supervising sales staff, maintaining product displays, and ensuring smooth workflow on the sales floor to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support sales floor staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Monitor and maintain store standards, product displays, and cleanliness.
Ensure stock is replenished, well-presented, and correctly priced.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Support management in meeting sales targets and operational goals.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a minimum of OND or equivalent work experience.
Must have 2-5 years experience
Proven experience in retail sales and supervision.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
