We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role combines direct sales responsibilities with supervisory oversight of field sales personnel.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and ensuring the productivity and discipline of the field sales team.
Job Description
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Coordinate and conduct field activities including property inspections, client visits, and roadshows.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Oversee and support a team of field sales personnel.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for the field team.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of field sales reps and provide coaching as needed.
Ensure that field staff adhere to company policies and brand standards.
Prepare weekly reports on sales report, team performance and field activities to management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
Ability to generate leads through digital platforms.
Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
Must be willing to travel locally for field supervision and client meetings.
