Weâre setting the standard for growth in the brave new digital world, and we need great people to join our global team!Weâre looking for a Sales Coordinator to join Phiture and help drive our growth by managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities across our award-winning services. This role is all about building strong first impressions, qualifying opportunities, maintaining a healthy and active sales pipeline through consistent hygiene and follow-ups, and ensuring smooth handovers to our Account Management team.WHAT YOU’LL DO- Manage inbound leads through Hubspot – qualifying and running structured discovery calls, proactive and frequent follow-ups.- Translate discovery outcomes into a clear, actionable brief and hand it over to the Account Management team for closing.- Maintain a clean, accurate, and transparent CRM for the wider Revops team.- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Pod Leads to align opportunities with services.- Support and execute activation and reactivation campaigns to keep the pipeline healthy.- Collaborate closely with Marketing to develop Sales collateral, develop feedback loops to optimize top-of-the-funnel activities.
