Role Overview

The Sales & Business Development Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting client companies that need recruitment services.
The role requires building relationships, pitching solutions, and consistently delivering on sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage prospective clients (SMEs, corporates, NGOs, startups).
Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and calls to generate new business.
Deliver sales pitches and presentations to HR decision-makers.
Negotiate terms and close recruitment service agreements.
Maintain a pipeline of active prospects and provide weekly sales updates.
Collaborate with Operations Executive to align client needs with service delivery.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2 – 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience (preferably in HR/recruitment).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets remotely.
Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
