The Sales Administration Officer will provide vital support to the sales team by ensuring seamless coordination between clients, sales executives, and internal departments.

This role is central to driving customer satisfaction by managing sales documentation, processing vehicle and equipment sales, and supporting the delivery of high-quality service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process vehicle sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales databases.
Liaise with the sales team, finance, and logistics to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Handle customer queries and ensure a smooth post-sales support process.
Support the sales team in tenders, proposals, and fleet sales documentation.
Ensure compliance with company sales policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2–4 years’ experience in sales administration or related role (automotive industry preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
