Aggregon Foods is a fast food services company dedicated to providing quality and affordable meals to the general public,offering a variety of both continental and local dishes, prepared by professional chefs under hygienic conditions.Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction
Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service in line with company policies and health regulations
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of stock
Prepare report and present to the management.
Develop and implement policies to enhance productivity, staff engagement, and operational efficiency
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
Address customer feedback professionally to maintain a positive brand image
Collaborate with management to implement marketing and promotional strategies
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is highly desirable
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities
Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory, and reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant POS systems
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Benefits
Salary: N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly (Net)
