BSc Degree in Hotel Management or any related field
Several years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, often with prior supervisory experience, is crucial.
Ability to motivate and manage a team, set clear expectations, hold staff accountable, and handle human resources effectively
Strong interpersonal skills to handle guest issues and complaints, create a positive atmosphere, and act as a role model for service standards.
Excellent oral and written communication skills for managing both staff and business administration.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to handle a fast-paced environment.
