Regional Sales Manager at Changeroom

Changeroom was established in 2012 with a vision to produce quality human resource solutions. We plan to achieve this by partnering with our clients to provide highly specialized consulting services in the areas of human resources development and business management services.Key Responsibilities

Team leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and mentorship to help them meet their goals.
Sales performance: Set and monitor sales goals, analyze sales data, and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
Budget management: Prepare and manage the annual sales budget for the region.
Client relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
Market analysis: Monitor competitors, identify market opportunities, and stay up-to-date on industry trends to suggest improvements in sales approaches.
Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing, to align efforts and participate in sales and marketing meetings.
Strategy and planning: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Requirements, Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in any Biomedical, Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, Medical Engineering or related fields
A Master’s degree or an MBA would be an added advantage.
Minimum of 10 years of experience of proven experience as a Marketer.
