We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Abuja and drive business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
Lead regional sales strategy & business performance.
Manage and grow dealer networks and direct sales teams.
Develop and execute regional marketing strategies.
Ensure efficient sales operations and performance management.
Drive direct sales to SMEs, handle retail shop management, and execute BTL activities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle a territory with 30-50 Base stations, 40-50 Dealers and Key retail outlets
Recruit dealers/distributors and ensure collections from retail outlets.
Qualifications
HND / BSc / BA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in sales (telecoms, banking, insurance, media, e-commerce).
Strong experience in sales strategy development, team leadership, and KPI performance.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
