We are seeking a full-cycle (360) Recruitment Consultant to manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process. This role is highly entrepreneurial, focusing on generating revenue through successful placements. You will be instrumental in sourcing and placing top talent with leading companies across Africa and internationally. We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for Recruitment, business development and Client management.

Key Responsibilities

Source and place top talent with client companies.
Utilize various methodologies to identify high-potential candidates.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates.
Network, headhunt, and manage databases to resource new candidates.
Develop skills to become a full-cycle (360) Recruitment Consultant.
Build and foster client relationships through cold emails, networking, and lead generation.
Advertise roles according to specific client needs and company policy.
Consult with clients to deeply understand their specific requirements, company culture, and hiring challenges across their sector landscape.
Implement client requirements and specifications in job postings and recruitment process.
Screen and assess candidates to determine technical fit, cultural alignment, and career aspirations.
Prepare candidates for interviews using interview tips/metrics.
Manage the interview scheduling and feedback process efficiently using our world-class Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Manage offer negotiation, aiming for successful closures and minimizing fall-outs.
Ensure all data is accurately recorded, as discipline in database management is critical to our cloud-based operations.
Provide interview or recruitment feedback to candidates periodically.
Monitor hired candidates' progress during their probation period

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate;

Must have a minimum one year of experience in agency/recruitment consulting.
Must be disciplined in database management.
Flexibility is key;this is not a typical 9-5 role and requires adapting to client needs and meeting placement deadlines.
Must have attention to detail and understand problem solving.
Strong negotiation skills are essential. Must possess a solid understanding of the sales process (Recruitment is a dual sales process: selling roles to candidates and candidates to clients).
Must be highly tech-savvy; technology is integral to our business. Experience with our cloud-based solutions (email, storage) and an ATS is essential.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) required for engaging with diverse African and international clients and candidates.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Minimum of Bsc in sciences, humanities or art is preferred
Registered or completed CIPM or any other HR certifications
