We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality and Order Manager to oversee our order fulfillment, inventory, and procurement processes.
This role is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards, accurate order delivery, efficient inventory management, and effective vendor relationships.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage quality control procedures across fulfillment operations, including inspections and audits.
Oversee inventory planning, stock rotation, and optimization strategies to ensure availability and accuracy.
Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Supervise procurement activities including vendor selection, supplier performance, and contract management.
Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with customer service to resolve order-related issues and address customer feedback.
Provide leadership and direction to unit managers in procurement, fulfillment, inventory, and quality control.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification in relevant academic field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality control, order fulfillment, inventory, or procurement, with leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of quality management, inventory systems, and procurement best practices.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and customer service orientation
