The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):

Plan, execute, and monitor telecommunications projects from initiation to completion.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
Oversee all phases of telecom projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives and specifications.
Manage the deployment of new telecom sites and the upgrade of existing ones.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality site build and upgrades.
Plan and oversee tower retrofit projects, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with industry standards.
Implement maintenance schedules for towers, including torque checks and necessary repairs.
Lead operations management efforts, ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations.
Manage all civil works related to telecom projects, including foundations, shelters, and access roads.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Resolve operational issues promptly and implement process improvements.
Manage project timelines and budgets, tracking expenses and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.
Oversee the implementation of new network systems, including hardware, software, and infrastructure.
Maintain and update the site database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Generate detailed project reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing networks.
Collaborate with technical teams to address any challenges during implementation.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address project risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, providing regular reports on progress, milestones, and key performance indicators.
Participate in project planning and strategy sessions, contributing ideas and recommendations to improve project outcomes.

Requirements

B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering or Sciences – (2.1 Minimum).
Minimum of 4 – 6 years of experience in Engineering Services, particularly in telecommunications.
Project Management Certification (PMP).
Operations and maintenance of telecommunication (active and passive) network elements and the management of telecoms turnkey projects.
Good experience in Telecom project deployment (not limited to Site build, Upgrade, Tower Retrofit, Tower Maintenance/Torque and Operations Management, Civil works, Sites Database tracker, Reporting, etc.)
Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and execute complex projects.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
