Apple & Pears Limited was incorporated in the year 2012 as an Agro-Allied & Food Industry to produce soya meal, concentrate and finished feed for the poultry industry, and refined edible oil, mayonnaise, ketchup, salad cream, vinegar, and custard powder for the Nigerian market.Company Overview

As part of our continuous growth and operational improvement, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Sagamu.
Key Responsibilities
Execute approved production schedules in line with company objectives.
Monitor and control all production processes to achieve optimal performance and output efficiency.
Ensure compliance with quality assurance, food safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO).
Supervise, train, and motivate machine operators and production staff to maintain high levels of performance and discipline.
Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
Prepare comprehensive shift and production reports, highlighting key performance indicators and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production operations.
Identify root causes of downtime or process inefficiencies and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Support new product trials, process improvements, and equipment commissioning activities.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related discipline.
Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in a supervisory role within a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality management systems, and food safety principles.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good working knowledge of manufacturing equipment operations and basic maintenance practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and report writing.
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Sagamu — proximity is a key requirement.
