We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Pharmacist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in production planning, GMP compliance, process optimization, and quality assurance within a regulated environment.
This role involves overseeing day-to-day production activities to ensure timely, safe, and compliant manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage production operations in accordance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of production schedules
Monitor equipment, materials, and manpower to achieve efficient production output
Maintain accurate documentation for batch manufacturing records, deviation reports, and logbooks
Ensure quality control standards are met at each stage of production
Train and guide production staff on operational protocols and safety measures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical production
Strong knowledge of cGMP, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing processes
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment
Proficient in documentation and production software systems.
