To lead and manage the production team to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective manufacturing of products while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management:

Lead, motivate, and develop the production team to achieve operational excellence.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and safety.

Production Planning & Execution:

Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
Collaborate with planning, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Utilize lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other methodologies as appropriate.

Quality & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to address non-conformities.

Health & Safety:

Promote and enforce a safe working environment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Budget & Cost Control:

Manage production budgets and control costs without compromising quality.
Monitor KPIs and report on performance metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree (Second Class Upper Division) in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Operations Management, or related fields
5+ years of experience in a production leadership role, preferably in the agrochemical industry.
Experience in a chemical/herbicide formulation plant would be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of production management systems and methodologies.
Proven track record of leading teams and improving operational performance.
Age Requirement: 35 – 45 Years.

Effective communication and decision-making.
Proficiency in production software and ERP systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
