Role Summary
Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the glaze line operations to ensure smooth production, quality assurance, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day operations of the glaze line.
Monitor and control process parameters to maintain product quality.
Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements.
Ensure safety, maintenance, and compliance with operational standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to the glaze line team.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related).
Minimum of 5 – 7 years’ experience in Ceramics, manufacturing, or Process engineering.
Strong knowledge of glaze application processes and production machinery.
