We are looking for skilled Printing Machine Operators to manage and operate printing machinery for blown film packaging production. The role demands precision, technical know-how, and a strong focus on print quality and safety
.Key Responsibilities:
Review work orders and prepare required materials.
Clean web patch rollers and polish printing cylinders.
Set up doctor blades and install printing rollers.
Load raw materials and inspect machine accessories.
Adjust dryer temperature and machine settings as needed.
Monitor ink viscosity and ensure consistent color, registration, and text alignment.
Conduct quality checks during production and obtain QC approval before full run.
Inspect print quality (adhesion, color, odor, text) throughout production.
Clean and safely store printing cylinders after use.
Maintain cleanliness of machines and work areas after job completion.
Requirements:
2-3 years Proven experience operating printing machines in a flexible packaging or blown film production environment.
Must have a degree in Plastic Technology or any related field .
Familiarity with ink viscosity standards and print quality checks.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Salary: 120k-150k Monthly
