As a Pharmacy Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
Your role is to provide outstanding customer service, support the pharmacy team, and help maintain a clean, organised, and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide helpful, knowledgeable assistance
Recommend suitable over-the-counter products
Operate the till and handle customer transactions accurately
Restock shelves and monitor product expiry dates
Assist with receiving and displaying stock
Maintain a clean and orderly sales area
Support the pharmacist with basic administrative tasks
Adhere to pharmacy regulations and confidentiality requirements.
