We are seeking a highly experienced and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide dedicated executive support to our Chairman/Executive Director.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 10 years’ experience in a similar role, supporting top-level executives such as Directors, CEOs, or Chairmen.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive executive support, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Act as a gatekeeper, handling confidential correspondence and screening communications with utmost professionalism.
Draft, review, and manage high-level documents, reports, and presentations.
Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including Board members, senior management, and business partners.
Anticipate the needs of the Chairman/Director and proactively manage priorities.
Organize and coordinate executive-level meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up on action items.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times.
Handle personal assignments and special projects as required.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred (though extensive experience will be highly valued).
Minimum of 10 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, directly supporting C-Suite executives, Directors, or Chairmen.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities with grace.
