Operations Associate at Ramos Realty

Founded in 2018, Ramos Realty is a luxury real estate firm that specializes in building, selling, and renting quality homes to clients.
This role blends administration with operations. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day office management, supporting real estate transactions, coordinating vendors, and ensuring all documentation and processes run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative and operational activities.
Support property transactions (sales, leases, closings) to ensure timely completion.
Oversee vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Handle documentation, record-keeping, and compliance tasks.
Assist with financial tasks including basic expense tracking and payroll support.
Coordinate office logistics such as supplies, repairs, and maintenance.
Support marketing and client service teams with listings and events.
Prepare and share regular reports with management.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration & operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with real estate operations is a plus.
