We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead and champion our TV and Washing Machine (Twin Tub Semi Auto) categories across Nigeria.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing nationwide dealer networks, a strong track record of achieving sales targets, and senior leadership experience with top electronics brands in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the category champion for both TV and Washing Machines (Twin Tub Semi Auto), driving nationwide sales and performance.
Manage and support dealers nationwide, ensuring strong product visibility and market penetration.
Interact with all Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) on a dotted line reporting basis.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales KPIs for both TV and Washing Machine categories.
Develop and execute strategies to grow market share, dealer engagement, and revenue performance.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform business strategy.
Ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver nationwide sales goals.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Sales Director.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Senior-level experience as a Regional Manager or Country Manager for TV and/or Washing Machine categories.
Prior experience with leading electronics brands such as Fouani (Hisense), SIMS (TCL or Royal), MEWE, or Skyrun is mandatory.
Proven ability to consistently deliver on sales KPIs in the Nigerian electronics market.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and dealer relationship management skills.
Ability to travel extensively across Nigeria.
