Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and corporate communications strategy aligned with the business' growth objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally (Revenue, Product, Sales Ops, and Logistics) to deliver go-to-market plans for new product launches and regional expansions.
Lead market research and customer insights initiatives to identify emerging trends, target audiences, and growth opportunities.
Translate competitive analysis and brand positioning into actionable strategies and campaigns.
Marketing:
Create and manage marketing budgets and campaign calendars.
Oversee the design, production, and distribution of all offline materials; flyers, banners, stickers, merchandise ensuring brand consistency.
Plan and execute in-person promotions, retail activations, and field marketing campaigns across branches and target states.
Set up, monitor, and optimize performance-driven digital advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
Ensure all product and promotional content across websites, social platforms, and retail touchpoints are accurate and engaging.
Communications & Content:
Lead content strategy and development, including social media, digital storytelling, PR, and email marketing.
Align communication across teams and customer-facing channels to ensure unified brand voice and messaging.
Manage relationships with creative agencies, media outlets, and distribution partners.
Produce high-impact communications materials for internal and external use; including press releases, brochure, product catalogue, flyers, campaigns, newsletters, and announcements.
Leadership & Operations:
Manage the marketing team’s day-to-day activities, schedules, and professional development.
Develop and track KPIs and OKRs to measure campaign ROI, brand performance, and team effectiveness.
Report regularly to executive leadership on marketing performance, insights, and improvement opportunities.
Ensure all marketing and promotional activities comply with legal and regulatory standards relevant to the tobacco accessory industry.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record in sales and marketing, with a focus on consumer products.
Strong understanding of the tobacco industry is a plus, including regulations, trends, and consumer behavior.
5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or communications preferably in retail, FMCG, or lifestyle sectors.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage agency/vendor relationships.
Strong creative instincts with a commercial mindset and analytical orientation.
Hands-on experience managing digital marketing and offline activations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
