The role focuses on creating awareness, driving product visibility, and ensuring strong market penetration through effective field activations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute market activation campaigns and events.
Drive brand visibility, awareness, and product adoption in target markets.
Engage distributors, retailers, and customers through on-the-ground marketing.
Collect and analyze market feedback to support sales and product strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with market stakeholders.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all activation activities.
Requirements
NCE/ND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, marketing, or field activation.
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
Energetic, proactive, and willing to travel.
Experience in FMCG/consumer products is an added advantage.
