The Restaurant & Lounge Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure top-tier guest service, and drive business growth through innovative marketing and brand development strategies. The ideal candidate has a strong background in fine dining management and hospitality marketing.

Lead, train, and motivate front- and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service.
Oversee daily operations, reservations, and lounge experience to maintain a world-class standard.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase visibility, drive traffic, and build brand loyalty.
Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting to achieve revenue targets.
Build partnerships and promotional opportunities within the local market.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.
Ensure customer satisfaction and manage feedback to continuously improve service.

Requirement

Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing fine dining restaurants, luxury lounges, or premium hospitality establishments.

Requirements:

Proven track record in hospitality marketing and event promotions.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to deliver under pressure in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
Knowledge of food & beverage trends, guest experience innovation, and digital marketing tools.
