A Master's Degree plus at least two conference / seminar papers
A good Bachelor's Degree (Minimum of Second Class, Lower Division) in relevant discipline with at least three years of teaching, research or industrial work experience and at least two conference/seminar papers.
An Assistant Lecturer with at least three years satisfactory performance on that grade and at least two conference/seminar papers.
