A Doctorate Degree in relevant discipline or A Master's Degree with at least three (3) years teaching/research or industrial work experience with at least three (3) published journal articles as well as three (3) conference/seminar papers
A Lecturer III with a MSc, and at least three (3) years satisfactory service on that grade, plus:
Two (2) conference/seminar papers.
Two (2) journal articles, and.
Membership of relevant professional body/bodies is mandatory.
