We are seeking an experienced Lawyer (5–10 years post-call) with proven competence in both litigation and corporate practice.
The ideal candidate will be confident, detail-oriented, and capable of handling complex legal matters with minimal supervision.
This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse cases and transactions while contributing to the firm’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Handle litigation matters independently, including case preparation, court appearances, and follow-ups.
Provide legal advisory services on corporate and commercial transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and advisory functions.
Offer strategic input on risk management and compliance issues.
Liaise with clients, regulators, and external parties professionally and effectively.
Requirements
5–10 years post-call experience with demonstrable expertise in litigation and corporate practice.
Strong advocacy, drafting, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
Ability to work under minimal supervision while handling multiple matters.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
Salary
N500,000 – N700,000 Monthly.
