Job Vacancy: Social Media & Content Specialist

Who We Are

Innovation Roundtable is the leading network for innovation executives in large multinational companies. We organize corporate-only events on various innovation management, and more recently, HR and marketing topics, hosted by companies in Europe, the US, and China, as well as our Summit in Copenhagen attended by 600 corporate innovators, the world’s largest gathering of its kind.

Our international team is passionate, proactive, and hands-on. We are now looking for a tech-savvy, creative, and strategic Social Media & Content Specialist to drive our social media presence and engagement—primarily on LinkedIn and other professional platforms. If you live and breathe social media, possess experience in broader inbound marketing and content strategy, and can transform event materials and insights into compelling multi-format content, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement tailored social media strategies, with a focus on LinkedIn to boost engagement and brand visibility.

  • Create, curate and manage high quality multi-format content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives

  • Create visually compelling content using Canva and/or similar tools.

  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and foster community engagement

  • Develop, maintain and own a dynamic social media calendar while proactively identifying content opportunities, experimenting with new formats and refining strategies to enhance engagement

  • Play a key role, with the support of the marketing and events team, in developing and executing a content strategy across all digital channels. This includes repurposing event materials into high-impact B2B content in various multiple formats (blog posts, videos, infographics, and more).

  • Travel occasionally to selected events across Europe, to support in events with social media coverage and assisting with other organizational tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, content marketing or a related role—preferably in a B2B setting.

  • A deep understanding of LinkedIn primarily and other social media channels and their best practices for B2B marketing.

  • Proven ability to repurpose and transform content across multiple platforms and formats.

  • Hands-on design skills using Canva or a similar tool (Adobe Illustrator/indesign are a strong plus).

  • Experience in inbound marketing and social media-driven content strategies.

  • Tech-savvy, data-driven, and proactive—always looking for new ways to improve content performance and engagement.

  • A natural storyteller who understands how to create content that resonates beyond social media.

  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support in events with social media coverage and assisting with other organizational tasks as needed

What We Offer

  • Fully remote & flexible work with opportunities for travel.

  • High ownership and impactful projects from day one.

  • A chance to shape and execute cutting-edge B2B content strategies.

  • Collaboration with a creative and international team.

  • Hands-on experience with the freedom to experiment and innovate.

  • A dynamic, supportive culture that values growth, learning, and initiative.
