Responsibilities
Assign tasks and duties to janitorial team members
Monitor team performance and provide guidance and feedback
Inspect premises regularly to ensure tasks are properly completed
Respond to any janitorial emergencies
Manage cleaning supplies stock, placing orders when necessary
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Train team members in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Address any complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc with 2 – 10 years of work experience.
