We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Associate to provide day-to-day technical support across PRL andits affiliated businesses.
This role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting Microsoft 365 tools, managing IT assets, and assisting with IT projects across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first and second-level IT support to users
Troubleshoot laptops, printers, networks, and business applications
Support Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and Windows OS
Maintain IT inventory and manage device allocation
Assist with system setups, backups, and security updates
Support IT projects and enforce IT policies across all sites
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
1–2 years’ experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified are a plus
Experience supporting users in a retail or multi-location environment is an advantage
Skills:
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and Microsoft 365
Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
