IT Site Support Manager at PZ Cussons

Providing L1 and L2 support for all IT Infra related issues:
End User computing (Including IT Hardware & software deployment and support to end users & Endpoint devices + End point security)
Networks & Security (Including LAN, WAN, Voice, Wireless).
Servers (Including Functional servers, Application Servers, Data backup, Disaster Recovery
Physical Security (CCTV System, Access control System and Electric Fence)
IT Administration (Aligning with Business requests and management, IT Procurement, IT Outsourcing, IT Training, IT Documentation, Asset management, Asset maintenance, IT asset Life cycle management)
IT Projects (Including IT Infra projects and providing support to other IT projects such as SAP, TWMS, UWB, ePMS, PIMS, DMS-SFA etc.)
Timely support of IT related issues across the factory
Provide desktop/Laptop immediate support for all the users both on/off site
Support TWMS system within the business warehouse
IT related equipment on site and report any abnormality
Work closely with approved Service Provider (WAN and LAN) to Support and resolve related LAN and WAN issues across Nigeria
Support the investigation of Network related issues across other PZ & Wilmar operating Units outside Nigeria especially during service outage
Align with global team and vendors to execute Network Projects, Services Improvement plan and Operations across Nigeria
Ensure incident management are aligned with PZC and Wilmar standard operating procedures
Knowledge / Skills/ Qualifications/ Technical/ Professional experience:
Qualifications – bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or Computer related courses
Experience – 5 years of relevant work/management experience.
Key Technical Skills:
Experience in Deployment, Configuration, Management & providing technical support of the Network Infrastructure.
Experience in Deployment, Configuration, Management & providing technical support of Server Infrastructure.
Experience in Deployment, Configuration, Maintenance of Endpoint Devices & Application such as Desktop PCs, Laptops, Printers, scanners, mobile devices, Software applications etc.
Experience in providing support for Application & Database Systems for Websites/Web & Application servers.
Experience in Design, Implementation & Administration of Physical security solutions which include CCTV, Access control and Electric fence system.
Experience in IT Procurement such as providing technical validation of quotes and BOM.
Experience in IT Outsourcing & Vendor Management
Work experience in supporting IT projects.
Experience in documentation and preparing reports.
Other Skills – strong communicational, Project Management, and Analytical Abilities
Professional Certification – At least MCSA or MCSE, CCNA, CCNP or other Professional relevant certifications
