What You’ll Do:
Provide day-to-day IT support to staff across hardware, software, and networking issues.
Troubleshoot and maintain LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks, firewalls, switches, and routers.
Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other enterprise applications.
Assist with user onboarding, system setups, and account management.
Ensure IT security best practices are followed.
Work on IT projects including upgrades, migrations, and network improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2–3 years’ experience in IT helpdesk or technical support.
Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or ITIL are an added advantage.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
