Job Details
Internal Control Assessment
Assess internal control systems regularly to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Identify risks and recommend improvements to strengthen controls.
Risk Management
Evaluate operational risks such as fraud, data breaches, and financial mismanagement.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
Compliance Monitoring
Monitor organizational compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Advise departments on how to meet regulatory requirements.
Auditing and Reporting
Conduct internal audits to evaluate control effectiveness and compliance.
Prepare audit reports detailing key findings and recommended actions.
Investigations
Investigate cases of non-compliance, irregularities, or unethical conduct.
Collaborate with HR and Legal teams to support investigation processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in internal control, auditing, or compliance.
