We are seeking a dynamic and fluent Igbo Show Presenter to host our weekend cultural programme. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Igbo language, an engaging on-air personality, and a deep understanding of Igbo culture, music, and traditions.
Responsibilities
Host and present the weekend Igbo-language show live on air.
Research, plan, and produce culturally rich and engaging content.
Conduct interviews with guests, artists, and cultural figures.
Engage listeners through interactive segments, phone-ins, and social media.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality broadcast standards.
Promote the show across RadioNow’s media platforms.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-7 years work experience.
Excellent command of the Igbo language (speaking and understanding).
Strong communication and presentation skills in both Igbo and English.
A passion for Igbo culture, music, and storytelling.
Previous radio, TV, or podcast experience is an advantage.
Creative, energetic, and confident on air.
Must be available on weekends.
