Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees
Preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
Providing training and counseling on policies and procedures
Administering payroll, benefits, and remuneration issues
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Requirements
Candidates possess a B.Tech / B.Eng or BSc qualification with 3-10 years work experience.
