Job Summary
As the HR Executive, you will be responsible for supporting HR operations, handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed.
You will play a key role in creating a positive work environment and supporting organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation processes
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support employee relations and resolve staff queries
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc) / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR or related field
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Salary
NGN 200,000 – NGN250,000 / Month
